Chicken Soup Recipe

Start with a whole chicken (I like Costco rotisserie) or any rotisserie chicken will do.

Put in a pot and fill with water to about 2" from the top. Bring to a boil and simmer on low for 3-4 hours.

Remove skin and bones turn off heat.

Add veggies, broccoli, squash, carrots, kale, spinach or any veggies in the house or use 1/2 of Costco stir fry blend.

Let cool and add to dry kibble.

What's with the Chicken Soup you ask?

WiggleButts dogs are rescued from shelters.  They are scared, nervous and often hungry.  Our rescue's founder always feeds her pups chicken soup when they come home. She has also been know to send home soup with all of her pups going to their forever homes. It's easy on the tummy when they are adjusting and creates a bond with the pup. It's also pretty good tasting on the human palate too minus the kibble!
